Refund policy
Returns:
- Books can be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Books must be in original condition (unread, no damage)
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Digital products cannot be returned
Refunds:
- Full refund if book arrives damaged or defective
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned item
- Refunds issued to original payment method
Exceptions:
- Sale items may have different return terms
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned
